1

Day 1. Arrival in Tbilisi

Arrival in Tbilisi. • Transfer from the airport. • Check-in at the hotel • Free time for rest. • Tbilisi city tour. • Narikhala fortress –exists since the mid-4th century. The fortress is built on a hill, therefore there is a splendid View of the old city. • District sulfur baths and Leghvtakhevi – is in the center of the city. By the legend, the foundation of Tbilisi became from hot sulfur springs. There were also conducted archaeological excavations and were found ancient strata of the city. Through the area Passes the rivulet of Legvtahevi. Her beautiful canyon was hidden for decades and has only now been reconstructed - returned to its historic appearance. Meydan - the central square of the old town, which was formerly a commercial center of the city and nowadays is currently surrounded by cafe bars. • Sharden area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine-tasting bars, and souvenir shops. • Gabriadze Theatre. • Freedom square. • Rustaveli avenue. • Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 2. Bodbe Monastery – Signaghi (220 km).

Breakfast at the hotel. • Departure towards Signagi – city of love. • On the way visit Patardzeuli wine factory • Have a wine tasting. • Visit Bodbe – St. George monastery complex and Nunnery of, one of Georgia’s major pilgrimage sites with the grave of St. Nino (IVb) who brought Christianity to Georgia. By the wish bathing in the holy waters of the miraculous source, that heals the sick. • A trip to the city of love – Sighnaghi – a small town in the Alazani Valley. • Georgian town Sighnaghi is in the eastern part of Kakheti and is known as The City of Love. Sighnaghi was also one of Georgia’s many stops along the ancient Silk Road. Sighnaghi is just over an hour away from Tbilisi, which makes it a good escape from the busy life of the city. Many day trips and short excursions travel to Sighnaghi.• Optional offer: Wine-tasting and Master-class of Georgian dishes. You’ll be able to cook Khinkali, Khachapuri, and Georgian sweet – 25 EUR per person. • Return to Tbilisi. • Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 3. Ananuri – Gudauri – Kazbegi.

Breakfast. • Visit the Ananuri castle – complex on the Aragvi River in Georgia, about 45 miles from Tbilisi. The castle is from the 13th century which was the scene of numerous battles. • Visit Zhinvali reservoir. • Visit Gudauri - a mountain resort on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range in Georgia, charming guests with great opportunities for outdoor activities in the mountains, with amazing scenery and a friendly atmosphere. • Departure to Stephantsminda (Kazbegi).Kazbegi is a beautiful place to visit, the nature and the mountains make the view from the church is breathtaking. • Visit Dariali gorge – The Darial Gorge is a river gorge on the border between Russia and Georgia. It is at the east base of Mount Kazbek, south of present-day Vladikavkaz. The gorge was carved by the river Terek and is approximately 13 kilometers long. • Return to Tbilisi. • Overnight in Tbilisi (or Kazbegi).

Day 4. Tbilisi

Breakfast. • Visit Mtatsminda park - a famous landscaped park located at the top of Mount Mtatsminda overlooking the Georgian capital Tbilisi. The park has carousels, water slides, a roller-coaster, a dark ride, a funicular, and a big Ferris Wheel at the edge of the mountain, offering a splendid view over the city. • Visit renovated Orbeliani square - Orbeliani square is one of the most popular places in Tbilisi. There is a small but very beautiful garden on the square, in the center of which there is a fountain. The architecture of the XIX-XX centuries gives a special charm to these places. You will also find many cafes and restaurants around the square, where you can have a good time in a cozy environment. Renovated Orbeliani Square is one of the most beautiful and interesting places in Tbilisi and attracts a lot of people. • Visit “Bazar on Orbeliani” - This is a new space, with a new concept of the restoration of the collective farm market building in the historical part of the capital, which has existed since 1886. "Bazaar on Orbeliani" is an integration of a modern type of agrarian market and food hall. It combines 35 restaurants of different directions, both Georgian, regional and world-leading cuisines. • Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 5. Mtskheta – Kutaisi (250 km).

Breakfast. • Excursion in old town Mtskheta - Monuments of Mtskheta included in UNESCO World Heritage. • Visit Jvari Monastery which is a sixth-century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, eastern Georgia. • The Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is an Orthodox Christian cathedral located in the historic town of Mtskheta, Georgia, to the northwest of the Georgian capital Tbilisi. A masterpiece of the Early and High Middle Ages. • Arrive in Kutaisi. • Check-in at the hotel. • Free time for rest. • Kutaisi city tour - Visiting the ancient capital of Georgia, which is more than three thousand years old. • Visit central square and famous Colchis Fountain.Opera House – Kutaisi’s opera house has recently been renovated with lines of classical statues. • Drama Theatre – overlooking the picturesque central square. Continue the tour to one. • Overnight in Kutaisi.

Day 6. Tskaltubo - Martvili (100 km)

Breakfast at the hotel. • Optional offer: Excursion in the Prometheus cave + boat ride - one of Georgia’s natural wonders providing visitors with breathtaking examples of stalactites, stalagmites, waterfalls, cave pearls, underground rivers, and lakes – 10 EUR approximately • Departure to Martvili. • Visit Martvili canyons - Martvili is one of the most popular canyons in Georgia. It is in the Samegrelo region, not far from the small town of Martvili on the Abashi river, which, flowing for millions of years, formed a gorge up to 40 meters deep and a length of 2,400 meters. • Boat ride in Martvili Canyons. • Return to Kutaisi. • Overnight in Kutaisi.

Day 7. Kutaisi – Batumi (170 km).

Breakfast. • Departure to Batumi. • On the way visit. with over 200 giant trees of unique species, 58 species of birds from all continents, and a bamboo grove that is ready to receive visitors. • Arrive in Batumi. • Check-in at the hotel. Free time to rest. • City tour in Batumi.Old Batumi - Batumi, with its first-rank port and well-developed industry held a significant place in Georgia and the Caucasus as one of the most important transit and industrial centers • Visit Georgian Alphabetic Tower – 130 m tall, the aim of the tower is to introduce the unique and rich culture of the country to the world. • “6 May Park“ and the Nurigeli Lake. “6 May Park“ is one of the charms of Batumi. The Park is situated around Nurigeli Lake. • Visit One of the major tourist sightseeing – «Batumi Piazza» was fully implemented in the Italian style. This is a small area, where are located several restaurants and small boutique hotels. Every corner of the city is different. Sculpture of Love “Ali and Nino”. The Love statue which was built on the Coast in Batumi Seaside Park is based on one of the best-seller novels of Kurban Said. The height of the statue is 9 m and it weighs 7 tons. • Batumi Sea Port – the largest port in Georgia and it serves as a significant oil exporter point. • Overnight in Batumi.

Day 8. Batumi – Makhintseti (100 km)

Breakfast at the hotel. • Visit Makhuntseti waterfall - considered the most beautiful in the Adjara region. The water falls so breathtakingly swiftly that it is impossible to tear your eyes from the streaming ice water of the avalanche that runs along the slopes of the Adjara Mountains. In order to see this masterpiece created by nature, we must overcome the bridge path, and then we will see a delightful sight. There are many such special bridges, they were built during the reign of Queen Tamara and by her order, so that it would be convenient to approach the waterfall. • Return to the hotel. • Free evening. • Overnight in Batumi.
