Tour Georgian sightseeing gives the opportunity to visit the most popular places in the country
of Georgia.
The trip starts from Tbilisi and includes the old capital Mtskheta, Kakheti region (Bodbe and Signagi), Kazbegi mountain, resort Borjomi, and unique cave-town Vardzia.

DAY 1: TBILISI CITY TOUR

Arrival in Tbilisi. Transfer from the airport. Get ready for Georgian sightseeing. Tbilisi city tour. Metekhi church and the Monument of Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Take a cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Sulfur bath district and Legvtahevi. Meydan – central area, which before was the shopping area of the city and at the present time is surrounded by cafes – bars. The Sharden area is full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine-tasting bars, and souvenir shops. The Clock Tower of the famous Rezo Gabriadze Puppet Theatre. Cross the glass Bridge of Peace. Holy trinity cathedral – is one of the largest orthodox cathedrals in the world. In the evening we can offer dinner at the Georgian restaurant with a folklore show which is part of Georgian sightseeing. The repertoire of the show program: Adjarian dance, “Mtiuluri”, “Rachuli” and Wedding Dance. Also, the program includes live music, Georgian pop songs, and songs in the voices. This is really a very exciting show! The cost of €25 per person. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 2: Bodbe – Sighnaghi + wine-tasting

Visit Bodbe Monastery – the nunnery, one of Georgia’s major pilgrimage sites associated with the name of St. Nino (IVb). A trip to the city of lovers – Sighnaghi – a small town in the Alazani Valley. Tasting different wines (not included in the price, €10 per person). Master-class of Georgian dishes: You’ll be able to cook Khinkali, Khachapuri, Mtsvadi – Georgian barbeque, and Georgian sweet – Churchkhela (not included in the price, € 25 per person). Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 3: Tbilisi – Mtskheta-Ananuri-Kazbegi-Gudauri

Departure towards small-town Mtskheta. Monuments of Mtskheta are included in the UNESCO World Heritage and represent one of the most important Georgian sightseeing. Visiting an ancient Monastery Jvari (VI century.) on the top of a hill. Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (1010-1029 gg.).

Departure to the monastery complex Ananuri (Zhinvali lake). Ananuri Fortress is located on the Georgian Military Highway, 70 km from Tbilisi.

visit Stephantsminda. Departure to Gergetis Sameba (XIV century) Trinity Church Gergeti is located at an altitude of 2170 at the foot of Mount Kazbek along the Georgian Military Road in the Georgian village Gergeti, directly above the village Stepantsminda (Kazbegi). Overnight in Gudauri.

Day 4: Gudauri-Borjomi

Continue the trip towards Borjomi. Visit Borjomi park and taste mineral water coming from underground. Have a walk in Borjomi Park. Overnight in Borjomi.

Day 5: Borjomi-Vardzia

Visit Khertvisi fortress – one of the oldest fortresses in Georgia which was functional throughout the Georgian feudal period. The fortress was first built in the 2nd century BC. The church was built in 985, and the present walls build in 1354. As the legend says, Khertvisi was destroyed by Alexander the Great. Visit Vardzia – a unique Cave town in 13th c. The frescoes of 12th c.; Here you will find one of the images of Queen Tamara – the first woman who ascended to the throne in feudal Georgia. Overnight in Vardzia.

Day 6: Vardzia-Tbilisi

After breakfast and check-out drive to Tbilisi. On the way visit Faravani lake. Transfer to the airport.
